SHIPPING 
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India and through DHL Express/Fedex/Aramex for international orders. 

Shorshe clothing is a make-to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. International orders are usually delivered within 30-35 business days* and domestic orders within 20-25 business days. We will send you an email with delivery date after the orders are placed. 

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries..

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is free within India. For international orders, we charge standard shipping charges starting from INR 1500 and as per location (rates may be hiked marginally at present due to Corona Virus Pandemic), weight and volume of the shipment. We offer free shipping for international orders above  USD 500.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Delhi, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

TRACKING PACKAGE

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order under your account - Order history. 

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

Modes of Payment
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa  which is forthcoming) and also provide the option to pay using Google Pay. Google pay is our third party payment gateway .

Returns
We  will only replace items for size. The style, fabric, silhouette can not be change. And the said garment should be returned to us in mint condition with original packing and tags to reach us with in 10 days.

Refunds (if applicable)
We do not provide any refund .

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our end. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Shorsheclothing@gmail.com It must also be in the original packaging with tag and must be returned within 10 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
